Kreido Biofuels to Host a Conference Call to Provide
a Business Update
and Company Outlook
Camarillo, California – May 30,
2007 – Kreido Biofuels, Inc. (OTC BB: KRBF) announced
today that the Company will host a conference call and webcast to provide
a business update and Company outlook on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 4:15
p.m. Eastern time (1:15 p.m. Pacific time).

replay will be available approximately two hours after the call concludes
