Kreido BioFuels has developed complete production units to manufacture biodiesel fuel based upon our STT® technology. We have spent 7 years pioneering the field of fluid dynamics-based chemical manufacturing. The Company has invested $20 million in the development our STT® technology, a chemical process intensification system that produces significant time and cost savings over traditional chemical processing methods. STT® stands for “spinning-tube-in-tube,” which describes the core design configuration of our chemical processing system. Our STT® technology is protected by numerous worldwide patents.

The STT® technology advantage lies in avoiding the problems and inefficiencies which are present in most conventional chemical manufacturing systems. With its broad applicability and flexibility, the STT® allows us to accelerate the rates of chemical reactions by up to three orders of magnitude, increase conversions and yields, control the quality of production in real-time, lower costs, and dramatically decrease the time to market by simplifying and compressing the time required for manufacturing scale-up. This translates to higher yields and significantly lower capital and operating costs in the manufacturing of biodiesel using the STT® technology.

At the core of our offerings is our STT® 30G biodiesel production unit, which is a complete, pipe-to-pipe biodiesel production system. In addition to our STT® 30G, we also offer STT Reactor Systems and related plant engineering services for strategic partnerships.
